Going through the files and looking into the matter of PSR sanctions. We believe this will end with no punishment at all. Just as it did the last time around.
We said this also in forehand last season. No one believed us at first. It became clear that Leicester would see no punishment.
Instead of making a lot of noise, just focus on facts. Leicester cannot be punished for wrong doing in one league and having points deduction in another. This is one factor that will be enough to see this as a no go.
Another major fact is that Leicester have received parachute payments from Premier League. Why should they pump out parachute payments when they are eager to punish the club later. Another fact is the current investigation regarding Man City. If they are found guilty, it would change how Leicester are viewed.
When Leicester finished 5th in Premier League, they had Man City in front of them. Both times snubbed for Champions League involvement, so how can anyone on this planet punish Leicester for breach of rules.
New: Leicester City’s Premier League charges to be heard next week. #lcfc charged with 3 alleged breaches of PSR. Massive few days in the season for Leicester and, perhaps, the Championship https://t.co/5GyZ0qGAqp

We do feel that certain journalists and media channels love to focus on the belief that Leicester will be punished. Despite getting other news, they contiue to believe it will happen, if not, they would not have printed it.
Please listen, Leicester were not punished the last time around, that will also be the outcome this time. There are so many reasons why the club should see no punishment.
Everton and Nottingham Forest can be looked at. That never became an issue of anything as their deductions never affected any fatal outcome. They were far from qualification to Europe and was not relegated from the top flight.
Leicester have sold players and reduced their wage bill heavily in the last three seasons. This shows their commitment to solve a matter with no intention of breaking any rules at all. Leicester spent money similarly to other clubs in their position, fighting for Champions League football. Unfortunately, the next season was difficult, and it ended in relegation.
We believe the club is working closely with EFL and PL to get this mess sorted.
We hope and believe this soon will be the end of a strange saga. We hope and believe we will never see Man City voting for punishing Leicester, as it would only hurt themselves in this situation. We believe Leicester will go free.
