Youri Tielemans is said to have his eyes on a move to Spain and Real Madrid with Carlo Ancelotti a keen admirer and ready to jump in and sign the Belgian international who will be at the end of his contract next summer.

Leicester believe that selling this summer is their only option, but not to Arsenal, Spurs or Man Utd. They will of course be considered if their bids are higher and the player himself decides to stay in England.

This is of course sad for Leicester fans as we have loved the way Youri Tielemans has set his mark on the midfield work done over the period he has been witht the club.

This is repeating itself season in and season out for Leicester as Brendan Rodgers do have a grand dilemma considering the use of a player he knows the team needs heavily, but at the same time one that will go away.

The key for Tielemans will be both making the correct move and be able to tie down a position in his new team that will see him getting the game time needed to progress.

The Belgian international arrived at Leicester in January 2018, first on loan and later on a permanent move from French club Monaco. He had before his move to France been at his best at a very young age with Anderlecht. The situation at Monaco was not one that can be said to be perfect as he settled quickly at Leicester.

We have seen a bit of dip in form, but Brendan Rodgers believe in Youri Tielemans and with Wilfred Ndidi absent for the rest of the season he will be of great importance.

Few will be surprised to see that Youri Tielemans will leave for another club this summer, but to see Real Madrid as the major contender would probably surprise everyone. Leicester will of course love to see him move out of England as he will not come back and play against his old team at league level.
