This decision will see Leicester and Man Utd bids being overlooked as Brentford and Spurs can be the preferred destination. Chelsea also mentioned.

Youri Tielemans could be a solution for Man Utd or West Ham as they are in this race and ready to win this ra e in front of slowmoving Arsenal.

Leicester will be delighted at this point to get a Tielemans exit solution in place and if Man Utd or West Ham are keen it will certainly be great news.

At this point anything but a move out would be a real surprise as Arsenal again could miss out in a chase for a Leicester player.
