Vital for Enzo Maresca to find place for experience as he prepares for final months of crucial season ending in success

Surprised to see Enzo Maresca axing experienced players such as Conor Coady, Dennis Praet and Marc Albrighton from his line-up vs. Leeds, also missing out was Jamie Vardy, with a groin injury.

The vital question at this time is, why are you not playing proven internationals such as Conor Coardy and Dennis Praet, as well as keeping Marc Albrighton on the bench, not using his subs options.

Leicester fell flat to the floor against Leeds, but strangely we are not getting the correct answers from the manager as he just rolls on with his not so very cunning plan. The substitutions done towards the end yesterday has no real effect as they are direct swops and not acting as a plan to save the points for the last 10 minutes, strange and little or no strategy behind it.

The use of Conor Coady is shocking at this point also being left as a fourth alternative defender, who knows, maybe fifth when Harry Souttar is back in action.

Dennis Praet had been a good alternative for a few games and regularly used since returning from injury. Yesterday he was left on the bench, giving Winks, Pereira and Dewsbury-Hall the full game. Fatawu could have been substituted with a Dennis Praet, more accurate with passes and laying lower in the field, towards the end.

Of course easy to have all the answers when you are not doing the decisions, but surely these three players must be considered as alternatives and having them on the bench, makes it obvious that Enzo Maresca can use them all, and why does he not.

You can say that everything worked well in 80 minutes, but when having the lead you need to be able to keep it all the way to the final, if not it does not help being 1-3 down when the game ends. We are still confident Enzo do have a plan and with Jannik Vestergaard and Jamie Vardy possibly out in the next games, minutes should be given to the experienced three.
