Despite a bit of unluck in recent league games against Middlesbrough and Leeds, no one doubts the belief that Leicester will be back in Premier League next season, with plans for transfers allready made.

Leicester gained confidence from their latest win against Bournemouth in the FA Cup, and hopefully QPR will get the treatment we all hope for, as we cannot accept any slip up this weekend, with a new game vs. Sunderland coming up on Tuesday.

The talk of new players are allready here, with several names being drawn up, as we believe one close target could be Eddie Nketiah, another could be Arsenal free agent Jorginho, with a third Gunner option in Emile Smith-Rowe.

All of them are players possibly looking for a new challenge and of course more regular first team game time. Jorginho (32) is out of a contract in the summer. His experience and quality would be fantastic assets to address when looking for a new player.

Eddie Nketiah (24) is at the moment down the pecking order at Arsenal and his potential was seen when on loan at Leeds, being desribed by Marcelo Bielsa as “the complete player”. He could flourish in a Leicester team, becoming the forward to take the job possibly vacent after Jamie Vardy, either stepping down or moving on, but not the player to play from start in every game next season. Nketiah has a contract at Arsenal running until the summer of 2027, so his fee will be in the region of £20million.

Emile Smith-Rowe (23) is another Arsenal player a bit on the fringe, but still one of the best in his position and also having ability to rotate in other positions, being seen as a central offensive midfielder or a player out wide up front in a 4-3-3 set up.

Leicester will be eager to off load players such as Bouba Soumare and Victor Kristiansen, possibly Harry Souttar and even consider a sale of Patson Daka, as those four would finance a move for all three Arsenal stars. Other players to considered sold would be goalkeepers Danny Ward and Daniel Iversen as well as left back Luke Thomas. A major offer on Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall could see him in a shopping window as well, with more transfer activity surely in place for replacements.
