Stefano Sensi was as close as you get to a move to Leicester. He was flied in on last transfer window deadline day to do his medical, but as we all know it all fell through.
It was suggested that Sensi (28) would be approached again this summer, but according to the latest reports he has set his eyes on another destination.
It was earlier in the month suggested that the Italian international would move to a club in MLS, but today it was known that Napoli looks to have an interest.
Stefano Sensi has a long life in Italian football and possibly looks to continue his playing career in his native country. Besides Inter he has played for Cesena, Sassuolo, and Sampdoria. You can also count two loan spells at San Marino and Monza.
Stefano Sensi will of course not continue his journey at Inter, but it was a surprise to see Napoli entering the race with Leicester looking far from active in the chase for the Italian midfielder.
