News today suggest that Leicester are leaders in the race for Christian Eriksen and a possible move happening early in the summer. Brentford could still be considered, but with the proposed gap left in the City midfield after Youri Tielemans, it would be the perfect fit for the Dane.
TCF believed Leicester would have been signing Eriksen in Janury but with Tielemans still at the club, the chance of total game time was not there for the Dane as form and a long absent was uncertainties that would probably have seen Rodgers reluctant to a move as fast as with Brentford.
PSV Eindhoven will look at offers for their England U.21 international Nuno Madueke. The player is perfect fit for Leicester as his presence would give Brendan Rodgers that alternative attacking option lacking at the club at the moment. His presence is huge and he will be the perfect addition, trained by Ruud van Nistelroy, his skills are improving.
The third hot target is Charles De Ketelaere who will be ideal as well and this could start a snow ball rolling as Leicester also will let players leave either on loan or sold.
We do believe that De Ketelaere, Madueke and Eriksen all are players that will be able to grab a certain first team place and be given the thought and believe that first team football will be almost certain for the three as they have assets needed completely in the Leicester team next season.
Spurs will not get near Christian Eriksen as long as Antonio Conte is in charge, he had no real belief in Eriksen at Inter as he struggled for first team game time under the Italian. Arsenal is said to be a front runner in the race for Tielemans. TCF believe Spurs or Real Madrid are more likely destinations. Arteta needs to put full confidence in the players he have and with Tielemans you need to build the midfield around him, that is something very difficult to do as Arteta do have other players doing similar jobs. Cannot see Tielemans warming the bench at The Emirates.
