We all thought that this was the end of departures at Leicester but with the signing of Wout Faes speculations are still in as Caglar Soyuncu could be heading back to Turkey and Galatasaray.
Turkey are one of the countries who are still open and will be so until the 8th of September and of course this could lead to moves being made next week.
Players can be signed until the dates below as those countries counted are still open. This could also be a chance for Leicester to sign free agents who are not under any rules as they can move on at any time not being part of a football club at present.
- Mexico: September 5
- Belgium: September 6
- Turkey: September 8
- Russia: September 8
- Australia: September 13
- Greece: September 15
- Qatar: September 15
- Saudi Arabia: September 17
- Portugal: September 22
- Ukraine: September 22
- Israel: September 28
- UAE: October 10
The list of free agents od have a number of interesting names. A move out for Caglar Soyuncu could lead Leicester to look at this list to try to find someone that could fit the picture.
Ross Barkley, Jason Denayer and Serge Aurier are three players on that list that could be great additions for clubs looking for more. Leicester could also see one or two in this list that could fit the picture of what they might find attractive.
Leicester have not yet made any move to replace Ademola Lookman. TCF feel that Tawanda Maswanhise should be called up from the development squad, but so far that does not look as a solution for Brendan Rodgers.
Senegal international Opa Nguette is a player on that free agent list. The former Metz is a possible new man to look at as the 28 year has a long career behind him at the French Ligue One club joining in 2016 from Valenciennes.
A player also available on a free is Aaron Lennon. 35 years of age and last season playing 32 games and scoring 2 goals for Burnley. We do not see that move coming and would be very surprised if Aaron Lennon did sign for Leicester.
