Certain parts of the Leicester fanbase are eager to give kids a run. That looks far from the correct move going forward. Remember they are kids, they should be allowed a longer period being just that.
Jake Evans haven’t touched the ball yet and his seconds on the field had little or no value at all. This seems like a random selection. There is little or no focus on developing the players. They are not properly introduced.
When you decide to play a youngster, he needs to be carefully treated. Jeremy Monga is so young that he cannot were the original match jersey, he needs one without betting commercial on. This is crazy.
They are not lifting the team at this point. None of them will play an important part next season. They could be on the fringe. Seeing them as regular starters seems unlikely to happen.
Jake Evans made his debut for Leicester on the weekend.

For Leicester’s sake, I hope they manage to keep hold of him, Louis Page & Jeremy Monga. That trio breaking into the first team in the championship next season would be great to see.

With a large squad of players, you must act carefully as it will run your hierarchy out of balance. You cannot bring a lot of them on together, that would be fatal. Watching Jeremy Monga in his few minutes vs. Liverpool, shows that he should not just be given minutes because he is a young talent.
The plan must be in place, it is not. I am not against youngsters getting games. If you have other ideas for the next match, share them. Do not give the youngsters minutes just because they are young. Then we see players being dropped, chopped, and changed. They come back in again. It shows there is no plan at all in place.
You can go back years to see such done, giving Ashley Chambers his debut at 15 years and 203 days. He made his debut in 2005, finally leaving the club in 2011. He played 6 league games for Leicester during those 6 years. He left league football at an early age. He has kept himself in the non-league for several seasons and now at 35 still going. Playing for Barwell at the 7th level in English football.
I cannot see why Jeremy Monga is given minutes at this time. There are other players like Jordan Ayew, Bobby De Cordova-Reid, and Stephy Mavididi who can play out wide. Patson Daka is even a better choice in a wide position. He is not a finished article Jeremy Monga, Jake Evans neither. Suddenly they are on the field, in the next game they are not even on the bench.
Hopefully Leicester will be able to nurse forward talent, but if they are not ready, they should wait. Players below the age of 18 should be carefully assessed before they get first team action. Throwing them in just to give them a feeling and then never calling them back would be very problematic.
We will not see another Tom Williamson back at Leicester. Jake Evans is currently in the same category. The two have made one appearance for Leicester without touching the ball.
