To find a player who can replace Jamie Vardy on top at Leicester will be a difficult act. We have taken a tour around. Considering both the financial and quality perspective. This is our list of good candidates. They all would be targets who could look at Leicester as a proper move.
Chuba Akpom would be an ideal addition. He is currently on loan at Lille from Ajax. The former Middlesbrough man with an impressive tally of goals for his clubs, could be one to approach. Emil Riis Jakobsen is a steady goalscorer for Preston. He has 9 so far this season. The 26 year old forward is a tall man and one that makes a huge presence. Joel Piroe has been linked with Leicester in the past. His goal tally is one to have a good look at. He might struggle to secure a starting position at Leeds next season. Forgotten man Sam Surridge is also a player to count. The former Nottingham Forest attacker is currently playing in MLS for Nashville FC. The 26 year old is valued to €5.00m. He might be interested in a return to action in English football. He is scoring a goal in every second game for his current club.
Carlton Morris (29) is a forward at Luton. He stopped on 11 goals last season in Premier League. He has scored 9 up front for The Hatters this season.
