Thought it was a good choice to bring in Andy King for a while and start a thorough search for the new manager, possibly waiting until the summer to make that decision. But after watching Leicester vs. Charlton yesterday something most be done instantly.
There is no time to wait, no time at all. The team is set up in the wrong structure. Players are left on the bench that comes on and perform better than all of them on it. So surely no one really have the correct idea of what to do and having a clear mind about it.
Andy King and Adam Sadler are two very good persons. They are clever at coaching, but as we did see yesterday had no clear idea of what to do with selections and changes.
Gary Rowett is the correct man for the job. He has changed fortunes for clubs and been good at it. He is highly regarded and known for stabilizing and improving Championship-level teams, notably elevating Burton, Birmingham and Millwall. He builds well-organized sides, that often contend for top-ten finishes, and play-off spots.
🚨 Gary Rowett is among the names being considered for the vacant manager's job at Leicester City.

Gary Rowett is available and will, if he takes the role with Leicester, be in charge of his seventh club in his managerical career to date. He has earlier been in charge at Burton, Millwall, Derby, Stoke, Birmingham and Oxford.
With 14 years of experience in the EFL, Rowett is a very experienced Championship head coach. He has a record of more than 400 games in management, with a great number of them being in this division.
Rowett (51) is a former Leicester player, being signed form Birmingham. He played 49 league games over two seasons from 2000 to 2002. He had injury problems during his days at the club. Moving to Charlton.
A few days ago we had him on a list of 20 persons to look at. We did not rate Gary Rowett as the ideal man, but had him on the list. But at this point and after the Charlton game, minds have changed and he looks a very good fit as what we need at this point.
Please bring this man in instantly, that would be a good option. To see him as the man out the season or for a longer period of time would be for the board to decide, but an instant change must happen.
