John Souttar, Harry’s brother, has recently been linked with a move to Leicester. The 29-year-old Rangers defender is at the moment playing in the World Cup with Scotland. With Russell Martin now at Leicester, it’s likely that players he has previously worked with will be connected to the club.
Wout Faes, Ben Nelson and Caleb Okoli are all mentioned as potential players to sell. Jannik Vestergaard and Harry Souttar are also seen in different articles as players potentially heading for an exit.
The size of the fire sale at Leicester will affect the need for new players, but right now, with many options for central defenders, we don’t think the Rangers defender is needed. The fact that he is involved in the World Cup and not able to get in before that tournament is finished might see other alternatives more interesting.
Leicester’s top priority is to find a strong attacking striker. Lorent Tolaj from Plymouth is a linked option. However, the 24-year-old, who previously played for Sion and Brighton, is also being pursued by higher-level clubs, with Stoke and Derby more likely destinations for him.

Lyndon Dykes, who play for Scotland in the World Cup, is mentioned in media as a potential signing for Leicester. He is weighing his options also considering a new contract at Charlton before deciding on his next move. He would be a quality addition at League One level, so we’ll just have to wait and see what happens.
Abdul Fatawu is expected to leave Leicester before the season start. He would be the ideal signing for RB Leipzig. They will be searching for a new player to fill a potential gap after Antonio Nusa who is seen as a target for Liverpool.
