Liverpool set to let player leave to join Leicester City!

Leicester City have for a number of months been linked with a move for Adam Lallana, a player that Brendan Rodgers knows well, being the one signing him up for the move to Anfield. He has since the move contributed well playing 128 league games and scoring 18 goals during his days with Liverpool.

The move looks close to settled as we go into June and the England international with 34 caps to his name could fill a gap at Leicester City coming to routine and experience in the midfield department.

At his best we all know what the 32 year old can bring to the table and injury free one that really have the ability to drive a team forward. If you look at Leicester City at the moment they can fall a bit flat and lose some momentum at times with Tielemans, Maddison and Ndidi, not really taking the full leadership with such a young age on the trio.

This would of course be a move that will fill a gap after Andy King and Papy Mendy who are set to leave the club. Lallana can operate in a number of different midfield positions and will give Brendan Rodgers more depth in a squad that needs some experience.

TCF believe that a possible move for Lallana will not stop the progression of William Carvalho and his supposed move to King Power, but news today are that a move for Philippe Coutinho looks a bit in the air with Newcastle United being the front runner.
