Mass escudo at Leicester City to finance key signings in vital positions, Fenerbahce, Celtic, Barcelona and Burnley among clubs in the mix

Brendan Rodgers does have a grand job to master pick his first teamers next season. The squad of players are a bit “too heavy” as the numbers are close to 40. In the past three or four seasons a pack of players have seen their Leicester City careers cloudy and been loan prospects for other clubs.

To have a few young players out there to get experience is of course good, but to send out a full team of players mostly internationals from other nations is just a picture of a bit of mess and too lucrative contracts being pulled out of pockets to secure players services.

The group of players not really having a future at Leicester City includes names such as Bartosz Kapustka, Rachid Ghezzal, Fousseni Diabatte, Daniel Amartey, Rachid Ghezzal, Islam Slimani, Adrien Silva, Eldin Jakupovic, Filip Benkovic and if you add Caglar Souyuncu, Kasper Schmeichel, Ben Chilwell, Kelechi Iheanacho and Demarai Gray to the list of possible exits, you are having a mass escudo.

The fact that Luke Thomas did so great in the games towards the end of the season, and you have Christian Fuchs also at the club, you can see the picture of a posisble of exit of Ben Chilwell, to be able to finance a massive move for Odsonne Eduard and Vedat Muriqi, or alternetivily Luka Juvic.

TCF criticised Brendan Rodgers over his team selections and tactical moves during the games v. Bournemouth and Manchester United, but in all he is a clever manager who knows his job, and he works the way we like it to be done.

The situation with Caglar Soyuncu and supposed interest from Barcelona could trigger the player so much that a move is impossible to stop unsettling the player and to see James Tarkowski as a possible partner for Jonny Evans is not the worst replacement.

Few believe that it will be possible to get Tarkowski, but with the Barcelona interest of Soyuncu and a possible switch for Francisco Trincao, it could be a chance to pull off such a move, money being offered with Trincao part of a deal and bringing in the money needed to finance a huge move for Tarkowski.

We will follow every move with our open eyes and as always every player linked will be updated in our list of hot, cool and cold rumours.
