Bilal El Khannouss has started his loan adventure at Stuttgart in the best way possible. He scored the only and winning goal for his new club against Heideheim to go 4th in the Bundesliga table.

Sammy Braybrooke made a late summer transfer window move to Newport. He arrived at Rodney Parade together with Nathan Opoku and the duo has been part of the first team since then. Yesterday the duo were in the starting line-up for the EFL Trophy 1-0 win away to Brian Barry-Murphy and his Cardiff City side. Newport are stuck at the bottom of the League 2 table, hopefully they will find some sort of form and climb away.

Andrej Kramaric came on in the 70th minute when his Hoffenheim was defeated 0-1 in a game vs. Koln. Ron-Robert Zieler was an unused sub for “Effzeh”. Hoffenheim are 11th in the Bundesliga table, Koln are 6th.

Henry Cartwright scored the equalizer for Falkirk when they drew 1-1 vs. Rangers at home. Cartwright came on in the 69th minute to help his club to a good result against a difficult opponent. Falkirk are currently in a struggling 10 position, having only Dundee and Aberdeen behind them in the table.

Brian Barry-Murphy and his Cardiff City got the upper hand vs. Leyton Orient and Richie Wellens. The Bluebirds with home advantage winning 4-3. Joe Wormleighton was an unused sub for Northampton in their 0-0 away draw to Port Vale.

Swindon with former Leicester manager Ian Holloway at the wheel are currently on a promition run. A great 1-0 away win vs. Newport made the day complete. Leicester loan man Tom Wilson-Brown came on in the 88th minute. Nathan Opuku and Sammy Braybrooke were both in the Newport starting line-up.

Michael Morrison in the starting line-up for Cambridge in their great 3-1 win vs. Crawley. Ben Grist was a late second half sub for Boston in their 3-1 away win vs. Gateshead. Oli Ewing in the starting line-up for Scunthorpe when they fell 0-1 at home vs. Carlisle.

Morecambe are still at the bottom of the table despite a 1-1 away draw to Tamworth. Ashvir Johal had none of the former Leicester players in the starting line-up. Harry Panayiotou and Arjan Raikhy were late second half subs. Ali Sesay was on the bench unused. They have later played Scunthorpe, seeing a 1-3 defeat. Panayiotou and Raikhy also on from the bench. Oli Ewing played all minutes for The Irons.

Filip Benkovic in the starting line-up for AIK as they had to see a terrible 2-3 home defeat to bottom team Vernamo. Benkovic and AIK are currently 4th in the table and strange to see them being defeated at home against this opponent.
