Top Leicester City Players Facing January Exits? AC Milan, Roma and Sevilla In the Mix

There could be a number of in’s and out’s at Leicester in January. Caleb Okoli has lost his place in the first eleven and needs to get regular first team football to get back in Italian national team contention.

AC Milan is said to have an eye on the former Atalanta defender as he could be valued to £12million and a player to consider an exit for in January. This was a talking point among different Italian media sources in August and to see that interest coming back is no surprise.

Wout Faes is desperate to get back in Belgian squad for international action. He is currently in the regular line-up, but still uncertainty about him. Lazio had an interest in the summer but nothing happened. The fact that Feas (27) is on a long term deal and has build a good partnership with Jannik Vestergaard could see him staying at the club.

Bouba Soumare is out of contract in the summer. He can then leave for free. To see him valued to as much as £10million is a huge surprise, because it would be strange to see anyone splash the cash in January when they can have the player in the summer. Soumare (26) would possibly have better cards on his hands if he is a free agent than being a player to sign a few months earlier.

There could be clubs desperate and in need to a certain type of player, so of course that could happen, but we believe a summer move will benefit the player the most.

Leicester are still the club with the highest wage bill in Championship action, still needing to offload players who are not considered first choices. This policy of brining in fringe players on huge salaries is not suited for a club like Leicester and it has in real ruined the clubs stability as a Premier League club.
