The situation regarding Harry Winks is one to address. He has been left out of the squad for the last two games, despite being much needed. Yesterday he would have been the ideal replacement for Jordan James when he came off with an injury.
We certainly believe he is one that can contribute. To see Marti Cifuentes have no real, straight and good answers, makes this communication problem a difficult topic.
As a fan you are eager to know what is going on. You do not like to just do guess work. Winks can be out for several reasons as we also did see this last season. The problem is that this team desperately needs his services either from start or coming on from the bench.
He is a quality player and as fans we deserve to know what is going on. The only thing Marti Cifuentes has said is that he is out because of technical reasons. What that mean, who knows. Marti also confirmed that Harry Winks is available for the game vs. Ipswich and if Jordan James is out and not playing, he would be the replacement to call.
We have seen problematic situations with Harry Winks before, due to certain reasons, but when you punish yourself and doing harm to the team with a decision to keep him out, you must either be stupid or have a head telling everyone around you, I don’t set the results above my own big head.

At this time the team and the squad needs Harry Winks. If you decide to just drop him alltogether you need to answer for results and your own decision making.
We will just wait and see what will be the outcome of this saga. This is something we would believe could have been sorted out, been open about and not leave every question asked uanswered.
