Leicester are among a grand group of clubs waiting for a decision to be made regarding the outcome of Philippe Coutinho and his transfer out of Barcelona. Everton are said to be very keen with AC Milan and Leicester also reported to be in the picture.
Barcelona started their campaign with a great 4-2 home win to Real Sociedad and fellow countryman of Jannik Vestergaard and Kasper Schmeichel, Martin Braithwaite scored two and had one assist, while Leicester managed to keep Wolves on that distance needed to win their opener 1-0.

Praet was for a while linked with Arsenal, but recent reports say that Italy and Serie A will be more likely. Newcastle do have great interest in Choudhury with a move said to be on, if the player and the two clubs can agree on those important details to get a deal over the line.
Rafael Benitez and his Everton started brightly at home with a convincing 3-1 win v. Southampton. And as we wrote above Toffees are among the teams said to be keen on Coutinho, but hopes for Leicester as reports makes other names more interesting according to well informed sources.
A supposed move for another central defender is still on with Schalke turning down a late offer from Sevilla. According to well informed Turkish website Fanatik, Leicester are still in the picture and could be in the chase. With a possible three men defence there will be need of another central defender and we did see that as an alternative on Saturday.
There are still a lot of time left to make moves in the transfer market with the window not shutting before August the 31st, but still if that will see Kabak and Coutinho at King Power time is yet to tell.

Another name to see lately is Marco Assensio, he came on for Real Madrid in their season opener, a grand 4-1 win v. Alaves. Jesse Lingard is also seen as a possible signing if James Maddison will join Arsenal, with Martin Odegaard not in the squad at Real in the same season opener.
Arsenal did have it very problematic as they were defeated 2-0 away on Friday by newly promoted Brentford. Lack of creativity and that type of quality that both Maddison and Odegaard do have was totally missing. Maddison left the field early second half v. Wolves and with that instant injection of quality needed for The Gunners, Odegaard might be their best alternative.
