Harvey Barnes has just agreed a new deal running to 2025. Great to be able to hold on to one of the players that earlier has been linked with a possible switch to Liverpool. The news stops any type of speculation about his near future which is fantastic news from a Leicester point of view.

Youri Tielemans and his team are looking at a contract proposal from Leicester and talks are said to be positve and expectations are that the Belgian international will sign and hopefully another Liverpool linked player will also be staying on for further years to come.

The talk of a possible James Maddison move to Arsenal is finally off as Martin Odegaard has sealed a deal and moving to The Emirates. Maddison and Odegaard are a bit similar and operates in the same positions, but with Arsenal splashing out £35million for the Norwegian international it will be a surprising bid to see, if they be after Maddison as well, we do believe it will go silent and the rumours will stop.

Thakgalo Leshabela did see his Luton Town loan move fall through, but instead been given the chance by Shrewsbury Town joining the former Leicester coach Steve Cotterill for a season. A great challenge for the young South African and hopefully he will add more games and good match training going forward.

We could see more players leaving, and it will be interesting to see how this will end up when the season continues after the transfer window closing. Reports are that Hamza Choudhury and Dennis Praet are both seen as possible departures, with Filip Benkovic also a bit in the frame for a loan or permanent move away.
