Danish Tipsbladet has written an article on Victor Kristiansen as they are a bit suprised to see the Danish U.21 international making such a huge impact so early on as well as being a first team selection just days after his arrival.

They are impressed and quotes from Paul Parker are seen in their article, as it continues;

Victor Kristiansen made the jump from FC Copenhagen to Premier League club Leicester City in January’s transfer window, and a three-digit million sum was written on the check the Danish champion club received from England.

For now, the money appears to have been well invested by Leicester.

20-year-old Victor Kristiansen has played regularly since his arrival, and he played, among other things, 90 minutes when Leicester impressed by beating Tottenham 4-1.

The Dane has garnered many praises for his start in England, and now the former Manchester United back Paul Parker, who played over 100 games for “The Red Devils” in the 90s, joins the choir.

It was the first time I saw Viktor Kristiansen play when Leicester met Manchester United. He looked really good in the first half, but like the rest of the team, his level dropped after the break. You can’t blame him for that, Parker tells SpilXperten and continues: He didn’t look very fast, which can be a necessity in the Premier League, but he looks like a real powerhouse, he’s strong and he really runs a lot. I have only reason to be optimistic on his behalf, but Leicester are not a good team to play for if you want to show your defensive skills, because their stoppers are too low level.

The next task for Victor Kristiansen and Leicester is on Saturday, when Leicester City take on the Premier League’s top team from Arsenal, who have lost just three games this season.
