Marti Cifuentes made a number of changes to his starting line up. Patson Daka, Jeremy Monga, Hamza Choudhury and Bobby De Cordova-Reid were all given starting positions.

This looked as a good decision made as Leicester had the advantage from start. Wrexham gave little space and had cover out wide from start.

They gave Jeremy Monga attention and had good cover on his side. Leicester never found the pockets needed to penetrate.

Then after 36 minutes Jordan James played one two with Patson Daka, placed his shot nicely in the right corner. Leicester earlier had a shot in the post by Cordova-Reid.

We had hope for more from Leicester going into second half. One change for second half. Victor Kristiansen in for Luke Thomas. Thomas had picked up a yellow card, but that was far from needed. Kristiansen never managed to bring anything to the table second half.

Marti Cifuentes made more changes later in the second half. Oliver Skipp in for De Cordova-Reid and Stephy Mavididi replacing Jeremy Monga.

Wrexham decided to bring on Matty James. From then on things changed. Wrexham started to produce chances. Then in the 77th minute it was time for their equalizer. Very sloppy defendig from Leicester, 1-1.

Marti Cifuentes was not lucky with his decision making this time. Losing a lead at home is far from acceptable.
