Arsenal looked winners in the race for Jeremy Monga. Leicester had a price tag, and the deal looked sealed, with Monga allready being cleared and ready to take his next step in the game.

Jeremy Monga has not returned to pre-season training with Leicester. He is said to be on a training camp in Portugal at the moment.

Russell Martin has started his pre-season preperations and a number of Leicester players are reported back to start their preperations of next season. The pre-season schedule also confirmed with six good fixtures in the bag.

To get too many interuptions and at this point not having one single new signing in the building makes it difficult to predict anything, just yet. Hopes are that a number of moves in and out can be scheduled as early as possible to get everything into good shape before the season kicks-off away to Notts County.

Jeremy Monga is said to be on his way to Man City, with a certain Enzo Maresca as their new manager. This could lead to a signing being done quickly, with a price in the region of the £10million, being settled.

When clubs try to make a bargain buy, negotiating with Leicester is rarely successful. In some cases, this strategy can backfire, while in others, it results in a great fee for the completed deal.
