Will Leicester again strike gold in this Championship transfer act as a new interesting player is linked with a move to King Power

Leicester have in the past managed to find great talent in Championship clubs and made the most of the moves of James Maddison and James Justin, both players are in the England frame, Maddison capped once and Justin close to get a call up before his injury striked.

Maddison was signed from Norwich with Justin coming in from Luton, today another player from a Championship club is said to be close to a move and he fits the picture perfectly being tall, atheltic and possible to be playing at both left and right and also in a three at the back. The player is Djed Spence from Middlesbrough.

To grab another talented player and build him strong and play him wisely might be the way forward instead of going abroad and find a player who at points could be struggling with language and misunderstandings can appear as we did see against West Ham, ending up in a disaster.

So who is Djed Spence? 21 years of age, 1.84m, coming from the Fulham academy and moving north to join Middlesbrough in 2018, making his full senior debut a few weeks after in the EFL Cup against Notts County. A year later he made his league debut and has since just worked his way forward.

We believe that Leicester will be in the market to the very end of the window to try to get at least one more move over the line, but also possible to see two deals happening.

The nightmare act away to West Ham was something for the ugly books and not to remember as it looked grim to watch and hopefully players will never again appear the way Ayoze Perez did as his sending off was a clear act of meaningsless behaviour and little to do with football.
